| On the final summer saturday of the 2009 season the Bristol - Weymouth had special traction in charge. Instead of the usual class 67s, two class 37s made an appearance. 37670 and 37401.
In view of the forecast I made the trek to Bathampton and found the shadows could have been a problem, but fortunately not! After a FFCM I made it to Queen Camel where after a few minutes panic with a fast moving cloud a second sunny shot resulted. The weather then collapsed and a full dull with attitude shot at Chetnole resulted. A great end to the season from FGW |
